Inspired By Celebs
7:06:00 AMThere are times when i lose my mood and creativity and found myself confused and out of ideas while thinking of what would i wear today. When that happens i usually turn to my computer or my magazines rack, flipping the pages in attempt of trying to find some inspirations from the celebrities pictures there.
When i found something i like (while trying to remember whether i got similar clothes in my wardrobe) i took some ideas from the pictures and try to implement them in my own style.
Well, you could copycat the whole look if you wanna go easy and doesn't have time to experiment on things but i usually only took the main idea for inspirations and style it on my own depending on what i got in the wardrobe. That way, it's Celebrities Style - My Way ^__^

Here are some examples:
I got inspired when i saw this photo of Vanessa Hudgens wearing a black top tucked in a bright flowery skirt, it brings out my "Flower Power" mood ^o^
Then i remember that i have this old skirt with flower pattern that i haven't wear for a long time. You know what, this skirt actually has a long history, i had it since i was in 6th grade! But of course it was a bit big for me at that time, and now it's kinda small at the waist :( But i guess it's real vintage ^__^
I took Rachel Bilson's idea of pairing another black top with flowy long skirt, juts add a long necklace and a colorful slouchy bag ^o^
I chose my plain white skirt with pretty scalloped edges and pointelle details at the bottom hem instead of my colorful ethnic patterned one like Rachel's because i figured that my slouchy bag is already too bright (it's a vintage looking knitted "gypsy style" bag).
It's a very comfortable outfit to wear and run everyday errands.

The main inspiration here is the grey tunic paired with black tights (and supposedly black tall boots) but since my country's weather hasn't allowed us to wear such tall boots (because we don't have winter here only rainy days) so i didn't pair it with boots. I put on my statement shoes instead which is my newly purchased animal print flat shoes which i love!
My choice of accessory is dark navy skinny scarf, but you could also opt for a wide black belt or just a simple necklace like the celebrities in the left, whatever goes for you ^^
Well, it's as simple as that. I hope you got inspired by the celebs too ^___^
Have a nice day y'all !
