SAILOR/NAUTICAL STYLE
5:19:00 PMI've been curious about the Sailor / Nautical theme outfit that has been a part of the many fashion looks out there. It's probably one of those "themed outfit" that could actually works for me. I've seen so many nautical inspired clothing out there, in the streets as well as in the stores. I think it's one of those looks that you can easily adapt and wear on a daily basis.
Well, according to catwalkqueen; The easiest way to put together a nautical inspired outfit is to include a striped top or dress.
So, as long as you got a piece of a striped clothing you can do the nautical / sailor chic style instantly (i think it'd be better if it's blue or navy because red stripe would be more like french-girl style).

I kinda love the "navy and white" mood in this looks, sometimes a little red thrown in makes it more chic in the eye. And I have always love stripes too ^o^.
So, the conclusion? Its a good summer look, especially if you're lucky enough to escape to a yacht or even a sunny beach.

Although I always like the striped pattern, I'm kinda surprised when I found out that I actually have only several of them in my wardrobe. I like seeing the pattern on everyone else and on the shops but I guess maybe it's just skip my mind when I'm shopping, i dont know...I'm clueless ^o^
And surprisingly this below navy striped vintage blouse is apparently the ONLY nautical inspired clothing item that I own ^^
I've worn it twice last month:
First is when I was heading out for a lunch out on a Saturday, wearing it with shorts and unbuttoned.
The second is 2 weeks later, when I visited my in-laws, wearing it buttoned up with belt and skinny jeans.
So, which one do you think is the best way to wear it?
