This is the most simple way of wearing the vest. This look is actually inspired by Kate Hudson who once worn this look at an event. She wears a white on white ensemble but here I tried it with black on black. This is probably my most favorite style from this edition because I like how it makes you look sexy but casual and approachable at the same time.


A Vest is very versatile. You can wear it formal or casual, so when buying a vest think of the versatility factor, choose a vest with a simple clean cut with not too many decorations and choose the fabric that's not too thick nor too thin.
I used to love wearing a layered style like this one above when I was still working in an office (now I'm working from home). Vest is one of my favorite "office style", I used to wear a classic combination of a shirt, vest and pants, or layered a vest with blouses and dresses, similar like this one above.


As I told you before Vest is so versatile, in this pic you can see how the vest is worn to accentuate everyday style. Try to combine it with t-shirts, tanks or tubetops and add shorts or mini skirt, then that's it, you're ready to hit the street with style!


If the fabric is right then a vest can also be worn to bring out some accent in your boho style. Choose a matching color and a lightweight fabric so it flows with your loose and airy boho dresses. Pick a sleeveless simple dress and throw some accessories in it but remember not to over-accessorize it.

I'm a bling-bling girl myself ;p Although I don't have many diamond jewelry except for my wedding band and a set of jewelries that my mother-in-law gave to me but I still love to browse about jewelry, especially diamonds.

And that's true. That way you can order your ring without having to over-budget yourself.

They also have lots of diamonds information on their website so it was a really good time for me to visit their website (and drooling on all their diamonds and jewelries).

Oh and they also have contests every now and then so it's worth to look at, then again who could resist a diamond, am I right ? ^o^

This week we'll be talking about Eva Mendes's style, the Hollywood actress and Magnum's Pleasure Ambassador.
Aside from envying her gorgeous face and killer body I also envy her wardrobe collections. I like Eva's fashion choices. She is one of those stars that always has her style sorted. Cosmopolitan said of her : "We love her infusion of chic, classic and cool..."

I agree with that, Eva's style is a mix of that three; her casual style is chic, sexy and cool while her formal style is classic and feminine with a touch of sexiness thrown in. Overall, she always manage to look very chic.

She's not afraid to wear various colors too, it shows how much she loves fashion by always trying and experimenting on new designs, new trends and a wide color options. I love her for that.

The looks are: Office, Casual Chic, Laid-back Bohemian and Downtown.

A wrap-style blouse with a pretty pattern and neutral color like this is meant to go formal as well as casual. For the office you can add a blazer or a nice jacket but for a different look try adding a wide belt, a nice sleek pants and the appropriate accessories such as clean cut necklaces or earrings, a simple watch and some heels. If you chose to go neutral or monochromatic with the main outfit then throw some pop out color in the accessories to make it an interesting look rather than bored.





CASUAL CHIC
This Casual style is kinda different than what normal casual looks like. If you're stylish and fashionable surely your casual look would resembles the above photos. Your casual look would not only be jeans and a plain t-shirt, it must have some chic or edgy details thrown in, or a perfectly cut outfit and perfectly chosen accessories. The final result? Casual Chic.
For instance, I added a detail of a peeking patterned stocking underneath the jeans so it would show at the ribbed area, making it a unique detail. Well actually I use a patterned jumpsuit by Ida Sjostedt instead of a stocking in this photo just because I like the pattern.

DOWNTOWN

This Downtown look is so modern and fun i feel like I wanna go downtown with this girl in the pic ^o^ This style is so easy, this time the wrap-style blouse is layered with a pretty little dress (pictured in this photo is a dress from Lipsy London). Then I added black tights and tall boots and whala..this girl is ready to go ! ^^
