It comes as a peasant-style top and mini plaid skirt,
with a plaid tie and brooch as below:

I love the whole outfit! I ordered it in X-Small but since I'm really petite so it's a bit loose here and there but you can't tell it from the picture, right? ;p
I love the quality of the fabrics they used, especially the mini skirt because the tiered ruffles are perfectly lined and the color doesn't run out after laundry cycle. The top is also cute and it has a zippered back so you put it like a jacket, only backwards, that makes it easy to wear. Love the puffy sleeves and the matching plaid details.
It was supposed to be paired with a white knee socks and black mary-janes to achieve the School Girl look but I don't have any white knee socks so I wore my black tights instead.
The plaid tie is so cute and I love the brooch! It has such pretty details with polkadot bow, white lace and gold trimmings. Perfect! I feel like I'm a friend of Blair whenever I wore the brooch ;)
And as I told you before I chose these 3pc set so I could also use the separate pieces to be paired with my other outfit, here's one example of me wearing the costume piece with other clothing from my wardrobe:
