The holiday season is almost here, and the year has almost ended. Can't believe that the new year is approaching very fast! Anyway, I'm heading to Bandung tomorrow for another mini holiday, so I might not get to see you until early next week. The city we're heading (Bandung) is a short 2 hours drive and has a colder climate so I want to pack something warm and thick since the wind has been quite a bit hard too these days..

So anyway, here's a quick post...

There are times when it seems that bad lucks always surrounds me and everything seems to fall apart, but there are also times when the fortune God decides to finally give me a break and then I would have my luck, sometimes three times in a row! And these days are one of those lucky times. In the past several days I won 2 giveaways (yay!) and I (along with hubs) finally settled on our new place to live! But let's not talk about the apt, let's just talk about the giveaway prizes :)

The first one is from a blog giveaway which I entered at Sweepstake Lover. I won this great book "Words To The Rescue" by Steve Fadie. It's a book which according to Damla from Sweetstake Lover is "great for you who love writing cards, notes, etc, but have problems with finding the good words to write." --> well, that's me! I always find it kinda hard to write something great which stand out from the other on the birthday card, or what to say to someone in grief, or to someone who is sick. Now with this book, I won't have to think hard anymore :)

Second of all, I also won the blog post contest held by Centro dept store and Nikicio (famous local brand). If you remember I did a Nikicio for Centro collection review post the other day and that post was chosen as one of the blog post contest winner, yay! There were only 5 winners and me (and my sweet friend Dessy from Living Daisy) are one of the winners! The prize is a Nikicio product and Centro voucher worth IDR 200.000 -- oh I am so happy :))


I also got an email from someone at Femina Group (big Indonesian media company) who wants to use some of my Jakarta Fashion Week photos from this blog (see my JFW series). She said that there's a probability that they will use it in their upcoming Post-Jakarta-Fashion-Week printed bonus magazine. She said she will let me know if they decide to use my photos, and by that time I will surely let you guys know if my photos made the cut ;) My pics will be credited to this blog of course.. ^-^

Oh and remember when I asked you guys to help me choose by a poll, which Ciciero bag that I should buy because I'm having a hard time to decide? I saw that the polling result are tied, that means the 2 bags has the same favor amount, so I still can't choose! Looks like both the bags has it's own fans ;) So would you please vote back or if you haven't voted then please help me choose which one you think I should buy and cast your vote here :) And thanks a lot!
