Pairing black with one or two bright colors are a complimenting outfit. You can also go with all-black plus one bright color to accentuate it, such as all-black + neon pink clutch? Or maybe all-black + turquoise statement necklace? Either way, think of the black as your basic canvas where you can pour colors to make a pretty painting ;)
