Haul / Online Shop Review: Sasa.com
9:12:00 AM
After I reviewed a local online beauty shop a while ago -which is rather disappointing- this time I will review an International online beauty shop that most of you would already probably know: Sasa.com.
I shopped at Sasa some few weeks ago but I just have the time to review it now. Sasa is already quite famous amongst beauty bloggers and to those who likes to shop for Korean or Asian beauty products (Etude House, The Face Shop, etc) as well as high-end International brands such as Clinique, L'ancome, L'occitane, etc.. They are based in Hongkong and they ship worldwide. Their international shipping price is tolerable (unlike most website that usually have high shipping price), and sometimes they also throw in some Free Shipping promo aside from other regular monthly promo.
I love shopping at Sasa because they have wide selections of brands and products! I can spend hours just browsing their website :D They also have many great discount promo and special deals that you can get everyday, and they have VIP member service that can give you more advantages.
I shopped there while they were having a "Free Shipping for minimal order of $25" - and spent lots of time trying to browse and decide which products that I want to throw in my shopping cart because there are lots of mini-sized items or face masks that I want to try that are less than $5! Many of the face masks were only around $1-$2 each! So $25 can get you lots of things, depending on what you want to buy ;p
So after many hours browsing and browsing and browsing... I finally made up my mind:
The package came in a medium large postal shipment box, and inside it the products were all wrapped up nicely. The products inside were also in a very good condition.
The shopping process was fast and hassle-free. They accept Paypal payment too aside from credit cards so I use my paypal to pay for my purchase. After the payment is finalized they sent you a notification email so you can check the shipment progress. For Indonesia they use International Expedited Shipment ,so I received mine in about two weeks.
And here is what I bought:
- Clinique Super CityBlock Oil-Free Daily Face Protector SPF40 >> $5,5
- The Face Shop Black Head Ex Clear Cleansing Foam >> $8,2
- Koji Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner in Deep Black >> $13,5
- Sasatinnie Intensive Sparkling White Face Mask >> $1,2
- Skinlite Rejuvenating Orange Pads (10 sheets) >> $1,3
- VOV Daily Fresh Wash Off Pack - 17 Cereals >> $1,4
- VOV Daily Fresh Wash Off Pack - Green Tea Collagen >> $1,4
- VOV Daily Fresh Peel-Off Pack - Multi Vita Egg >> $1,4
- BSC Pro Deluxe 8x Fat Burner Pellets Pack >> FREE
My Take:
There are many selections of products at Sasa. Whether you're looking for a mini-sized item or a full-sized item at Sasa, the price would be just right, sometimes it even cheaper than the price at the counter. Their price is also usually cheaper than other international online beauty store alike, so Sasa is usually my best bet to purchase high-end / premium brand products.
Their wide selections vary from skincare to cosmetics, fragrance, and bodycare products, they also have Men products as well as other health products. The store looks like a really big beauty department store, I just love it!
There are other brands that I've never heard of before but by reading the review and introduction there I felt like I want to try them all, LOL.
The products:
The Face Shop Black Head Ex Clear Cleansing Foam |
Koji Dolly Wink Liquid Eyeliner in Deep Black |
Clinique Super City Block Oil-Free Daily Face Protector SPF 40 |
Skinlite Rejuvenating Orange Pads |
The face masks (!) :
Sasatinnie Intensive Sparkling White Mask,
VOV Daily Fresh Wash-Off Pack in Cereals, VOV Daily Fresh Peel-Off
Pack in Multi Vita Egg, VOV Daily Fresh Wash-Off Pack in Green Tea
Collagen
And the free bonus:
BSC Pro Deluxe 8x Fat Burner Pellets Pack Box
Overall, I really recommend Sasa.com.
My experience shopping at Sasa has been wonderful. The products that I received were in great condition and as accurate as the picture in the website. The price is just right, their currency is not as high as other online store so you don't have to worry about over-priced product. They also accept Paypal (this is important for me because I prefer paying with Paypal then with my creditcard), the shipment is medium fast for Expedited Shipping, the product options are abundant (lots to choose from!), the product selections vary from medium to high-end brands, ranging from Korean/Asian brands to International Premium brands. And the special promo and discounts are very tempting too.
I usually wait for their Free Shipment promo or any other big promo to make a purchase there ;p I also subscribed to their newsletter so I can be updated on those promos and be notified if the item I want that was out of stock is available to purchase ^o^
Who might shop here: Those who are looking for Asian / Korean brands skincare and makeup but couldn't get them easily at their countries, and those in Asia who are looking for some discounted items on International premium brand products such as Chanel, Kiehls, Estee Lauder, etc.
If there is any product above that you want me to review first, please be my guest and let me know.. ;p

@Merry:
Hope this info helps ;)
