What I Wear: For Eid day (LATE post!)
4:11:00 AM
Just a quick post about my Eid Al Fitr / Lebaran outfits because two readers asked about it via email (that's you Yuni & Shakila!) and as I promised you, here is my outfit (sorry it's really late to post this as Eid day is already a few weeks ago, but better late than never, right? ;p) :
Day 1

Eid Al Fitr is a 2 days celebrations here in Indonesia. For Day one I firstly wore a blue tunic with rich sparkly embellishments on the collar for Eid's morning prayer (sorry, no photo.. don't have a solo picture with that outfit), and then I quickly changed into this pretty kaftan-esque dress that I bought from Labelle Shop (via Facebook).
I love how this dress has a pretty waterfall frills at the front and I also love the rich warm gold embellishment details on the chest area. I also bought this dress and plan to wear it on the 1st day because I know how the fabric of the dress won't make me sweat all over. The fabric is breezy enough and is comfortable enough to wear everywhere. I know how hot and humid Jakarta is these days and I don't wanna end up sweltering hot inside so this kind of fabric is a great option for a hot day ;)
The heeled sandals are from Vincci and the bag is from Guess. I know the bag is so big and don't match the style of the dress, but I was in a hurry and didn't have time to change bags so I just grab it and go. Luckily it matches my footwear ;p I also didn't wear any jewelries because well... I was really late and didn't have time! huhuhu... :(

Day 2

I have always wanted a white blouse because I simply don't have any white blouse that representable for religious ceremonies like this. So when I saw this blouse at Juice N Tea Facebook store I immediately message the seller to book it ;p Yes, this year I didn't go shopping at the mall for my Eid's outfit (like I usually do), but I opt for online shopping instead ;p And I have found a few online stores in Facebook that strikes my fancy, and been stalking their folders ever since ;p
So anyway, I spent my 2nd Eid day in Bandung (a nearby city) so that's why I chose to wear this blouse with jeans so that I can go mobile. I am always into moroccan thingy so this type of intricate embellishments on the hemline and front area of the blouse reminds me of moroccan/middle eastern style and that's what makes me fell in love with it at the first sight, The chiffon fabric is also a great option for hot sweltering days, I always consider the fabrics before buying clothes for specific occasions ;p
The heeled sandals is the same as day 1 (Vincci), and the white bag is from OASAP (check out Oasap for great bargains and free worldwide shipping).
So that's it!
Do you like my choices above? Or do you also like moroccan / middle-eastern themed such as kaftans, etc?
