If you remember I won a giveaway from Chicnova a while ago but I forgot to make a special post to review the items I got. I actually won a gift certificate from Chicnova, you can read this post first to see the original items that I redeemed from the gift certificate.

The shipment was average to fast considering the International shipping. And it was free too! I love online retailer who offers free shipping ;)

I got the green Vintage Multi Row Bracelet with Seahorse Detail, a pink Roseo Color Glazed Triangle Collar Necklace, and the teal Golden Metal Collar Necklace.

Unfortunately when I opened the package I found one of the bangle in the green seahorse bracelet sets was broken (see pic below) and I know that this might not be Chicnova's fault (it could be from the shipping process) but Chicnova has kindly offered me a new code to redeem a new jewelry! WOW, talk about great customer service!

Now this is why I always appreciate a great customer service. With this kind of service the company can guarantee our satisfaction, so I would love to recommend shopping at Chicnova for their awesome choice of fashion items and for the great service towards customers.

Anyway, I got the Vintage Bohemian Bead Bracelet Pack (turquoise color) as the substitute for the broken green vintage seahorse bracelet pack above. And here's the picture:

So I have a total of 4 Chicnova jewelries (including the broken one), and I have worn them a couple of times since I received them. I can say that the quality of each single items are great, they don't look "cheap" and the colors are vibrant and looks so gorgeous. I got compliments most of the time when I wear them.

I had them for about two months now and although sometimes they get wet when I washed my hands but the colors and the quality of the jewelries stay untarnished. I'm one of the sloppiest people on earth and sometimes my jewelries got dirty or dented or marked from I don't know what, but these jewelries seems to always look like new ;)

(this is the one with the broken seahorse bangle, you can see on above pic that I tried to fix it with glue, but it still shows the glue and broken area, you can still see that it was once broken)

Overall, I'm very pleased and satisfied with the items I ordered, and I'm very satisfied with the professional service too. Despite the one broken bangle (whose fault is unknown), I would still highly recommend Chicnova and would still shop there in the future :D
