Strawberrynet Mini Haul + a HOT DEAL !

My mom's birthday is January 28th. Last year I gifted her a duo set from The Body Shop because she always asked me where to get nice shower gels. And this year I wanted to give her something that would be useful for her again.
I love giving gifts, and I usually would try to look for gifts that would be useful for the receiver, or things that they've been lusting over. That way, the receiver would be happy to receive the gifts, instead of giving crappy things that would only end up in a drawer, right?
So if there's someone's birthday coming soon, I usually would listen carefully to what they've been saying, their comments, etc.. just to keep notes of what their interest are at the moment, or things they currently need.
So this year my mom been busy with lots of her projects, she's been meeting people all around the place and she's usually in a hurry and forget to put on her makeup and would just throw everything in her handbag (lipsticks, eyeshadows,etc - all of them scattered inside her bag). She always complains about having to rummage through her bag just to find a lipstick.
So I thought I'm gonna give her a makeup compact / palette to save her from the disaster of rummaging her bag everytime she wants to touch up her makeup. With a makeup palette that have everything in it, she would only have to find the big palette on her bag instead of searching to the bottom of her bag looking for teeny tiny eyeshadow and then keep rummaging again to find the little lipstick.
I thought a palette would save time and more effective for her.
So after looking around I opted for a makeup palette from
Clinique because Clinique is a brand that my mom knows. If I gifted her
something from Urban Decay or from Too Faced, she wouldn't recognize
the brand, LOL. So yeah, I chose Clinique for her. Clinique is definitely a brand that your mom would know, aside from Estee Lauder ;p

This Clinique palette is cute and very polished-looking with a sleek mirrored surface packaging. It looks very posh and perfect for my mom to applied makeup before meetings ;)
The measurement is perfect, it's small enough to carry around but it's not too small to be easily missing inside your bag. This palette comes with 2 eyeshadows, 2 lip colors, a blush on , and 3 applicators. With a large built-in mirror inside it looks very luxurious. My mom loved it so much and used it the very next day >> SCORE!
To be able to get the free Korres blush I have to buy 3 items from the website, and so I added a Bobbi Brown lip liner in Soft Rose, and a travel size Loccitane Red Rice Purifying Toner (which has been a total winner for me, it's totally the best toner I've ever tried on - review comin' up).

The free blush was a Korres Botanically Coated Blush which retails at $24. We can choose the color of the blush before putting on the shopping cart, and I love that Strawberrynet put this option for us because usually a free item is just a free item. Most of the time you couldn't choose which color for your free product, but not in Strawberrynet, these guys are great in satisfying their customers :)
Anyway, I thought the purchase was a big value-for-money, because not only that I got a
