Valentine's Day Inspiration: RED outfit
11:51:00 PM
After the pink inspiration outfit compilation that I made yesterday for the sake of Valentine's day, here is the 2nd part of my Valentine series as I promised you yesterday ;)
Yes, I think I'm gonna make this a blog series instead ;p
If you didn't read my post yesterday, I posted a compilation of PINK inspired outfits that I've worn in the past that hopefully will inspire you in some ways when you choose your outfit for this year's Valentine's Day. As we know, the popular colors for Valentines are Pink and Red, so after posting the pink outfit inspiration yesterday, now it's time for the RED outfit inspiration:
I wore this outfit to go see the new Victoria's Secret store that has recently (and finally!) opened here in Indonesia! I was beyond ecstatic when I found out about it and I rushed myself to go to the store in just a few days after their opening!
I have waited all my adulthood life for this store to open here in Indonesia, and it finally came true..
After all these years!
So of course I had to rush over there immediately, I've waited for years!

Victoria's Secret is one of my most fave store on earth. I have loved and used their body mists since I was a freshman in college, and I've worn their underwear for years. I am also a definite true fan of their toiletries range.
I L.O.V.E Victoria's Secret.
End of statement.

Pants: Zara
Shoes: Zara
Bag: Metro
For the "red" look above I didn't go all red, I just put on some red accessories and leave the rest of the outfit in neutral basic colors so
that the red would pop out even more ;)
And here's the accessories details:
Earrings: H&M
Bracelet: Guess
Ring: Poins
Anyway, I took hubby to the VS store
because I wanted to ask him to buy me an early Valentine's gift ;p Well,
actually I have one thing in mind when I went out of the house that
day: the Love Spell.
Yes,
the Love Spell is one of the most popular scent of Victoria's Secret
and because of it's popularity it was hard to get one of those here in
Jakarta. But now I don't have to wait anymore because the official store
is here and that means I could get my hands on Love Spell as well as
other favorites such as Strawberries & Champagne easily from the
store. [insert happy face here]
Well,
we never really celebrate Valentine's day but sometimes I used it as an
excuse to get a "gift" from the Mr ;p
[hi, honey.. if you read this, i hope you won't remember it next year / next valentine].

And here's what hubby bought me that day as an early Valentine's gift ;p

I'm a happy little girl... ;D
So anyway, back to the outfit theme, you don't have to be wearing all red from top to toe when dressing for Valentine's day. As you can see from my above photos, you can just dress up in popping red accessories.
If you need more inspirations on how to wear red, here is a compilation of red-inspired outfits that I've worn in the past (just like I promised you yesterday):

...need more red inspirations?
As you can see, I remixed and repeatedly wearing the same red items over and over again because apparently I don't have many red items in my wardrobe, the total amount of my red items are less than my pink items (surprisingly, I just learned this fact when I made this valentine's series).
Anyway, you can see above that there's the red Mango sweater and the Marks & Spencer skirt that I wore too many times, mixing and matching it with everything ;p
So, have you decided on what to wear this valentine's day? Would you wear red or would you wear pink? Or would you rather wear other colors than red and pink? Lemme know, or put your links on the comments below if you have Valentine's day edition on your blog. Either it's about beauty stuffs, makeup, or fashion style, I would love to read them!
Stay tune for my next Valentine's Day series ^__^
