This is another late post. I was busy and forgot to post this sooner. A while ago I was invited to attend a preview for the new Jimmy Choo perfume called: FLASH.

First of all, I want to talk about the invitation:

Do you see the invitation above? It is super pretty and sparkly in real life! 

I really LOVE the invitation! It's silver, it's glittery, it's full of blings, it's glamorous and shiny. Immediately I fell in love with the concept and I imagined that the perfume must have a glamorous feel to it.

I felt that it was very exclusive, elegant yet totally glam at the same time. And I guessed it right ;) When I came to the preview event and heard the explanation from the Jimmy Choo rep, this perfume is all about those things.

Now let's talk a little bit about the perfume. As I told you above, this is the second perfume from Jimmy Choo. The first Jimmy Choo perfume is all about: Glamour, Femininity, and Sensuality, with iconic pink python box. While this second perfume from Jimmy Choo is all about: Red Carpet, Fun, Sexy, and Provocation. It also has an iconic glitter box.

More over, FLASH is all about the thrill of the red carpet, the fun of the night club, the glamour of dressing up. It captures a moment of sheer hedonism where adrenalin and confidence collide.

According to the press release, FLASH is a solar floral based around a bouquet of white flowers. It is both effervescent and sensual, and evoked the promise, excitement, and high octane atmosphere of going out.

Top notes: Pink Pepper, Strawberry.

Middle notes: Tuberose, Jasmine, White Lily.

Base notes: White Woods.

Now let's talk about the bottle. I mostly buy perfumes because of it's unique bottle design ;p And this FLASH perfume from Jimmy Choo also has a gorgeous bottle design with lots of meaning.

The perfume is encased in a luxurious, shimmering crystal faceted bottle, reminiscent of a paparazzi flash bulb. Perfect for the glamorous, urban woman who at once provocative and a little bit naughty. A woman who loves challenges, charming, a risk-taker, audacious and magnetic.

The pretty bottle was inspired by a modernist chandelier from the 1970s, and references a palette of crystal, lucite and metal. It was designed to play with light and gives a shimmering mesmerizing effect.

The box it came with also looks fun and festive, filled with silver sparkles and glitters. If you hold it under the light the glitters would sparkle and shimmer beautifully. I totally adore both the box and the bottle of this perfume :)

FLASH is available in three sizes. It also has it's own version of Body Lotion and Shower Gel which all of them smells fantastic. I love the scent of FLASH which to me really represents what they advertised. It's sweet but sensual yet elegant and fun. It's hard to describe a scent, but hopefully you could get the idea from what I wrote above.

I received a bottle of FLASH which I will review later on, complete with details on the notes and prices. I really like the scent and the packaging so I thought it should have it's own post ;) So do wait for my post if you're still curious about this perfume.
