Earlier than ever! I'm finally able to post this Monthly Fave post on time this month, yay! Usually, I always post it super late but now "yippie" for being on time ^o^

This post is about my Monthly Favorite products for last month a.k.a the products that I really love and been using the most during October. I want to keep this post short and simple because it's saturday night for God sake, so I'm gonna make this short. 

So without further ado, here is my Monthly Favorite things for the month of October:

Menard Blotting Paper

Surprisingly this list contains a complete range of favorite products, from hair product to skincare and makeup. I also found a new go-to shampoo last month which I've been using ever since! 

You see, I always have problems with shampoo. I spent so many bottles of shampoos from different brand just to find one that actually works with my hair. You can see on my Empties series that almost every month I finished yet another bottle of shampoo and it's always different brand of shampoo every time. But now I think I have finally found a shampoo that works really well with my hair, and I'm so happy about it ^__^ 

Well, although this is still not my ultimate HG shampoo but at least it's the best of all the shampoos that I've tried before.

Now, here's a little details on my fave products:

Maybelline The Rocket Volum Express Mascara (review)

I super love this mascara so much! If you still haven't try this then go ahead and try one. My most fave Maybelline mascara is the Volum Express Turbo Boost (the one in black packaging) but now it has to share the #1 position with this Rocket mascara, LOL. Now those are my two most favorite Maybelline mascaras. This Rocket mascara lengthens, curls, and maximize my eyelash without any clumps even though I put on lots of layers.

Maybelline MAT 1 Lipstick (review)

This is from the Matte series of the Maybellline Color Sensational collection. I really love the true pink color of the lipstick and it seems to accentuate my skin tone even better so that's why I've been using this a lot during October. I also love that even though this is a matte lipstick but it does not dry my lips like what other matte lipstick usually does. So thumbs up for that!

Lancome Hypnose Palette in #ST2 Kaki Chic (review)

I really love the colors in this palette which includes forest green and neutral shades. The forest green shades are really beautiful in person, and combined with neutral colors this can be a daily staple for an elegant and sophisticated eyes. I also love the magnetic feature of this palette that makes the brushes stay intact to the pan even if you turn the palette upside down ;) 

Menard Blotting Paper

I got this from Beauty Treats box a while ago and I usually don't really use blotting paper that often because I have combination skin which seldom gets really oily, but I still need blotting paper for those hot days when I spent my time outside. Lately my skin is acting out, it got greasy easily so I've been using this Menard blotting paper quite a lot during last month. It's made of 100% natural plant fiber with a pop-up dispenser style which makes it a little bit more hygienic. I also love the super subtle scent which reminds me of that smell that you find in a spa :)

Skin Food Tea Tree Toner (for troubled skin)

I got this from my sister in law and although at first I thought I wouldn't use it so much because my skin was more into dry than oily, but it turns out that I was wrong. As I told you previously, my skin acted out and it got more greasy easily so I changed my regular RoC Demaquillage Actif toner with this Tea Tree Toner from SkinFood and been enjoying the result it gave me. It also helps to wipe away those trail of makeup after I cleanse my face.

V10 Plus Collagen Serum (review)

This is the number one product that really change my skin texture. I've been using it for a whole month during October and I noticed that my skin became more plumped and firm after just 2 weeks of usage. Collagen is also known to help maintain the elasticity of skin for a youthful look and I'd say this serum really gave me that. If you have mature skin or are in your late 20s and up, I recommend to use this serum (and maybe mixed with other V10 Plus serums) for firmness and overall healthy complexion.

Loreal Fall Repair Anti-Hairfall Shampoo

Now this is my most praised found during October. As I told you earlier, I have tried countless shampoos and still haven't found one that really stood out. Well, I did found the L'Occitane Verbena Shampoo & Conditioner which are also great for my hair, but for drugstore product I really recommend this L'oreal Anti Hairfall shampoo. I don't even really care whether this shampoo actually help reduce my extreme hair fall condition, all I know is this shampoo works well with my hair in terms of keeping it bouncy, easy to style, feels light, gives a little bit of volume, not greasy easily, and smells great. And those features lasts for 3 days! Super happy with how it makes my hair feels, definitely a keeper in my bathroom stash.
