[New-In] BEAUTY : drugstore.com Haul
1:40:00 AM
This is one of my last purchases of 2013. Well actually the last purchase of 2013 is my order from Luxola, but I haven't edited the photo of my Luxola order yet so here goes my drugstore.com haul instead:
I had a good friend who was coming home for the holiday from the US (hi Kunti!), and she agreed to let me use her address for my drugstore.com purchase. Because I don't want to burden her luggage with heavy stuffs so I only bought small items, and I did not purchase many things like my previous drugstore.com haul that I ordered via my brother in law's address many months ago. The sale was not too exciting too at the time I ordered it, so I only got a couple of essential items instead.
My friend arrived before christmas and I just got my package from her last week, along with a big bag of chocolates *happydance*. Oh, the Cepacol Hydra that you see from the photo above is just a bonus/extra from drugstore.com - it's a sore throat remedy, I guess.
Anyway, here is my mini haul from drugstore.com :
I got myself a couple of Real Techniques brushes because they are relatively cheaper there in US. Their brush sets are around $17-$18 in US where as in Asia the price are around $24 - $30. I decided to get the Eye/Enhanced Starter Set since I already got the Core Collection set (which I bought at Zalora if anyone's interested). The reason why I got this set aside from the cheaper price, is also because this was on sale and I got reduction from drugstore.com, so the final price of this set was $9.99 only! That's like 50% off! It's definitely a lot cheaper than the price here, so I can not missed the opportunity, can I? And we always need extra eye brushes, right?
I also decided to get the Expert Face Brush (which was $1 less from real price = final price $7.99) because this is one of the most raved brush from all the Real Techniques collection. So I can't wait to try this brush to know what people are raving about ^o^
The other essentials that I purchased from drugstore.com is the EOS Lipbalms! I have fallen in love with them ever since I tried it several months ago, and their cute shape and colorful packaging with various flavors make me want to collect them!
I'm a lip balm freak and I love colorful things. So those two reasons are mainly the background of why I NEED to collect these cuties. I got them in Mint and Honeysuckle, and now I already have about 5 variants of EOS lipbalm, yay! I still want to get the purple one and the yellow one (although I'm not sure whether I would like the lemon). EOS lip balms are another item that are expensive here in my country. I got them for around $3 at drugstore.com while here they could cost around $8. So of course I stocked up on these. Too bad they were out of the other flavors that I wanted, so in the end I can only get these two variants.
That is all for my mini beauty haul. I still have one other haul post coming up soon. But for now, I would like to say Happy New Year to you all! May this new year would bring us even more luck, health, love, and happiness! May God bless us all...
Hugs and Kissies, and HAPPY NEW YEAR !
