A little bit late but here it is... My most used and most favorite products during January 2014...

There were quite a handful of products that I love in January. As usual, some of them are new stuffs that I recently acquired, and the others are older stuffs that's been in my stash/vanity.

There were also quite a variety of favorite products, from make up to body care and hair care, and also a scented candle! Yes, from now on I will be incorporating a current favorite candle in my Monthly Faves posts, considering my interest in scented products especially scented candles nowadays..

Juicy Couture Travel Set

I brought along this travel set on my previous Lembang trip and these have been my favorites among my other travel sets that I have in my stash. This set consists of a Frothy Shower Gel, a Perfumed Body Lotion, and the Juicy Couture mini Perfume. I got this set from one of my best friend (hi Gita!), and I love the scent since the first time I tried them on. Aside from the wonderful scent I also love the pretty packaging. I always love the packaging of Juicy Couture products, they all look so pretty.

Oscar Blandi Dry Styling Heat Protect Spray

This has been my go-to hair product if I want to do my hair in a hurry. I used this after I washed my hair and before I use hair-dryer. This product makes my hair dry faster under the hair-dryer. It literally cuts off 50% of the time that it usually took for my hair to dry (by using hair dryer). So it really saves me time because my hair would dry a lot faster with this product. I friggin' love it.

The Body Shop Cranberry Joy Body Scrub

I love love love this body scrub from The Body Shop, and the Cranberry Joy scent is pretty lovely too. The scrub itself looks like crushed red berries, so it looks and feels natural on the skin. I think I'm gonna try out other body scrubs from TBS soon ;p

Ovale Milk Lulur Bali

Lulur is a traditional Indonesian body rejuvenation treatment in which you use it almost the same like if you're using a scrub. So you apply lulur to your body and then you leave it on for a while before you start scrubbing them all off. So it's pretty much like a dry scrub. I'm glad I found this in the supermarket aisle because this has quickly become one of my fave products in my bathroom right now.

Simple Indulgence Amberwood & Cedar 2-wicks Candle

One of my most favorite candle to this date. I have mentioned this candle a couple of times already in this blog, so it's no wonder that this candle is my favorite candle for the month of January (and maybe my favorite ever! ;p). The warm woodsy notes reminds me of a lush thick tropical forest.

Ishine Rose Belle Lipstick

A couple of my favorite items for the month of January are these two lipsticks in similar shades but different textures. One of them is the new iShine Lipstick in Rose Belle which I got from my Vanity Trove box. The shade Rose Belle is very pretty and I think would be suitable for most skin tones. It's a matte deep pink shade which is quite moisturized so it didn't make my lips feels dry like matte lipstick usually does.

MAC Lustre Lipstick in Venus

The other lipstick that I have been wearing a lot back in January is a light pink shade lipstick with a little bit of gold shimmer called Venus from MAC Lustre Lipstick collection. This has been sitting in my vanity for a long time and I just got back of using it again lately. It has a lustre finish (obviously) and the shade is also quite light on my lips so it's perfect for everyday wear.

MUA Glamor Days Eyeshadow Palette

Last but not least from the Makeup range, a favorite eyeshadow palette that I wore most often during January is this MUA Glamour Days Eyeshadow palette. I literally used almost all of the eyeshadow shades in this palette because I spent a couple of weeks staying over at my new place and this is the only e/s palette I brought with me. The most used shades in this palette that I wore often last month are these two neutral ones below (one is a neutral brown shade, and the other one is a lighter beige shade with gold shimmers).
