I haven't posted an #ootd post for a while so I thought I'm gonna post one today ;)

I know it's been a long time since I posted anything in this blog, I've been busy and I still haven't figured out my timing schedule for blogging yet, so please bare with me. Meanwhile, I have planned lots of upcoming posts which I am excited about (psst, one of them will include a Giveaway, yay!).

Anyway, here is a simple #ootd post for you. Ever since I upgraded my camera I still haven't figured out the best way to take pictures with it, so these photos below were among the first ones we shot with the new camera. The result are not maximal yet because we're still learning about the new features, new settings, etc - but I think these will do just fine for now, and hopefully there will be better pictures next time ;)

We went to one of the park in central Jakarta. I think Jakarta needs more public park and garden, and not just a park but a clean and well-maintained park please!

This one that we came to isn't very beautiful. I can see that it has lots of potentials to be pretty but sadly it was kinda poorly-maintained so it's not as beautiful and as exciting as a public park should be.

Speaking of the outfit, I thought lace and tan would go nice together for a day in the park, so I grab my "lace and bow" Mango blouse which goes really well with my Vincci cream-colored sandals, and my tan Michael Kors Jet Set Tote Bag that I haven't worn in a while.

Originally I wanted to pair it with a skirt but it was kinda windy that day so I don't want to risk the wind blowing up my skirt in a public park (the horror!). So I went with my trusted Forever 21 dark denim instead. I think a darker color like this would liven up the cream and tan shades instead of a light-washed denim (^_^)

The jewelries I'm wearing are gold chain bracelet and a gold statement ring, both from H&M. I love H&M for jewelry because they have lots of models and types that would satisfy any style. They usually are on discount too so they are pretty much affordable :)
