So about this mask... 

This is a Japanese sheet mask from a brand which I cannot pronounce because they are written in Japanese. Only a little part at the back which are in english.

I actually got this mask from one of my bestie who came to Japan a while ago, she brought me a handful of beauty goodies including this mask. I love this mask since the day I got it because obviously can't you see the packaging? It is lovely! A great souvenir from Japan for beauty enthusiasts like moi ;)

There's no other explanation on this sheet mask except that it contains hyaluronic and lithospermum essence. Hyaluronic, as we know, is good for hydrating our skin, hold moisture, and great for anti-aging properties. It also strengthen skin's barrier and has antioxidant properties too. While Lithospermum is believed to have antioxidant, anti-tumor, and anti-inflammatory properties, especially good for sun-exposed skin.

Review:

This mask has a medium thick sheet which is actually my favorite texture. I don't really like the super thin sheet or the thicker sheet mask. Medium thick is nice enough and less-hassle if you asked me. When I first put it on my face I could feel a tad bit tingly sensation, but just a tad bit and only for the first few seconds. After that, it feels normal and didn't even moved. I even did my daily house chores with the mask still on! And it didn't move at all.

Unlike the Korean sheet masks which usually came with lotsa essence, this one does not contain very much. The essence are all in the sheet mask, there's no essence left in the packaging. Usually on other masks I would find essence left inside the packaging that I can use for extra lotion, but this one doesn't have any.

It has soothing and cooling effect especially when used under the air-con. After leaving it for 20-30 mins (as the packaging suggested), I took it off, patted whatever essence left on my face, and found it absorbed really fast.

The after effect is instant plumping, smooth skin surface, cooling down any redness, and an overall healthy looking skin. I would love to use this again if it's available near me, and I would like to recommend this mask to whoever came to Japan :)
