Back with my backlog posts and here's another late post for you, an Empties post for July - August. Yep, it's a backlog post. So please bear with me. Again. (*grin).
Anyway, as the title suggests this is an accumulative empties post from the month of July through August. I managed to finish quite an amount of products during the two months period and many of them were body care products this time, but also a good amount of skincare.
So without further ado, here they are...
These may not be too much of an empties products for two months, but believe me it was hard trying to finish up a product especially when you're easily bored with it, like I did. I got bored easily with products so I always try to change them up. For example, I always try something new and almost never bought the same shower gels and soap bars as there are so many options on the market so why should just stick to one, right?
And I always love trying new things, so whenever I finished up a product I would usually opened up something new, unless it's my holy grail product then I would use the same product over and over again. But most of the time, it's always something new...
Also, last month I did a 7 Days of Sheet Mask series on the blog so you will see a bunch of different sheet mask here in this edition of empties post.

So let's break this up into different categories as usual, shall we ?
B O D Y C A R E
Victoria's Secret Love Spell Body Wash
One of my all time favorite classic scent from Victoria's Secret, the Love Spell is very sweet and fresh yet has that sensuous feel to it. I had a set of Love Spell body wash, body mist, and body lotion, and I love combining all three to bring up the scent even more. Layering your perfume and scents would make it even more pronounced so that's what I like to do because for some reasons any perfume doesn't last long on me :(

Martha Tilaar Dewi Sri Spa Bali Pranaya Body Scrub
Probably my most favorite scent from the Dewi Sri Spa range, this Bali Pranaya body scrub has a fresh uplifting aroma which I could not get enough of ! It has apricot seed to slough off those dead skin cells, and a blend of natural rice bran oil, neroli oil, lemon oil, and nutmeg oil to help refresh the body and mind. The scent itself would refresh your mind, while the formula (although not my most favorite) but it still really nice to use to scrub away those dirts off your skin. Making your skin clean, soft and smooth afterwards.

> Replacement : Dr Soap Natural Coffee Scrub
Lux Velvet Touch Body Wash
This one smells very sweet and soft, like a baby powder meets a bouquet of florals. It's milky texture makes it nice to use and it foams up nicely too. This Lux Velvet Touch is infused with jasmine and almond oil, as well as Silk Essence - which is a trademark of Lux.
> Recommended for daily affordable body wash
> Replacement : Aroma Dew Tea Tree & Rosemary Soap Bar
Nivea Extra Care Soap Bar
As this is an accumulative empties post of two months so I had time to finish up many body washes. Actually this category is all about empty body washes, Lol. So during the last two months I also finished up a soap bar (well actually my hubby used this one more frequently than me) and it is just your ordinary soap bar except for the extra moisturizing properties.
> Recommended for daily affordable body wash
> Replacement : Saboon Pumpkin Pie Soap Bar
Cottage Caramel Gourmet Shower Gel (Travel Size)
Aside of the 2 bottles of body washes and 1 soap bar that we managed to finish up, I also finished two of my travel body washes. We had a few stay-overs during the last few months so we managed to finish these travel body washes quite quickly. First is the Cottage Caramel Shower Gel. This is from their Gourmet collection and this smells sooooo gooooodd.... omagaaahhh... I didn't know that I love caramel scent so much! Love the buttery smooth formula as well!
> Recommended & Will Repurchase the full size
> Replacement : Soap & Glory Clean On Me (travel size)
The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel (Travel Size)
The second travel body wash that we managed to finish up is The Body Shop Mango Shower Gel. After using this shower gel I decided that I love mango scent so much ! It is probably my favorite fruit scent from The Body Shop fruit range. Love the fresh and sweet scent of it, like a ripen mango fresh from the fridge!
> Recommended & Will Repurchase the full size
> Replacement : Juicy Couture Frothy Shower Gel (travel size)

Skin & Lab Dr.Vita Clinic Gently Vita Exfoliator
This is basically a face peeling product. You apply this on your dry clean face then you scrub it in circular motion until you feel the texture starts to fall out with your dead skin. Then you rinse it up after you're finished buffing away the dirty residue and dead skin off your skin. It's really satisfying and I love this kind of peeling product. Makes me feel like I'm really buffing off those dead skins to reveal a healthier younger skin. You can read the full review here : Skin&Lab Gently Vita Exfoliator.
> Replacement : Still using up my Sukin Detoxifying Facial Scrub
Lavine Clarity Cleanser
I got this as a set with its toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. This is a range of skincare and makeup products formulated in England and produced in Indonesia. The Clarity range is meant for brightening skin and making it flawless and glowy. This cleanser is atypical of your daily face wash that you can use daily, morning and night without having to worry that it would dry up your skin. You can read the full review here : Lavine Cosmetics Skincare.
> Replacement : Still using up my YSL Forever Youth Liberator Cleansing Foam (read review here)
The Body Shop Aloe Calming Toner
I love toners and I go through them more quickly than I do other skincare products in my vanity. This TBS Aloe toner is one of my fave. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin, it's calming my skin especially from dryness and redness, and it can also lift off makeup residue after you cleanse your skin. It doesn't sting and the formula felt really comfortable on the skin.
> Recommended & Will Repurchase
> Replacement : Still using up my The Face Shop Rice Ceramide Toner
Bioderma Hydrabio Brume
This is my favorite face spray so far. Simply because it doesn't "spray" but instead it "mists". Do you know what I mean?
"Spray" means it just spraying water and make your face wet and it usually would not spread out evenly on your face. But "Mist" means it would spray on little mists on your face in a thin veil so it won't make your face wet all over yet it does give refreshing effect to your face. The mist would also spreads evenly on your face so that's a big plus for me. You can read the full review here : Bioderma Hydrabio Brume.
> Recommended & Will Repurchase
> Replacement : Evian Facial Spray
Clinique Take The Day Off Eye & Lip Makeup Remover (Travel Size)
One of my most favorite of all time, my holy grail for eye and lip makeup remover! I've been using this for years and years and it never let me down (except for the increasing price). It gets rid of heavy eye makeup, super waterproof mascara, harden eyeliner, super matte lipsticks, you name it and it will get rid of it real fast. Love love love it, but due to its increasing price I might need to find a replacement for it soon :(
> Recommended & Will Repurchase
> Replacement : Still has a full bottle of this in use
Lush Eau Roma Water
I feel like I've been talking about all my favorite products here in this edition of Empties post because everything I've mentioned so far are my favorites, but it's true! And this one is also my favorite! This Lush Eau Roma Water is so so so good it makes me want to use it every single day. I wanna stock it but unfortunately Lush products are not easily available here. This Eau Roma Water is actually a toner in a spray form, and it has a very uplifting feel when sprayed on your face. A gentle tonic for your face made of mostly lavender water and rose water, it's kinda an aromatherapy water for your face :)
You can read the full review of this Lush Eau Roma Water as well as other Lush products here : Lush Angels on Bare Skin & Eau Roma Water.

> Replacement : Hatomugi Skin Conditioner (read the review here)

My Beauty Diary Black Pearl Mask
With Tahitian black pearl essence this sheet mask sounds so exotic. It is meant for optimal brightening and moisturizing, and I'd say it does delivers. Read the full review here : My Beauty Diary Black Pearl Mask.
My Beauty Diary Apple Polyphenol Mask
It says "tightening pores, brightening, and clarifying". Though I don't think that the pore tightening works but it does effectively hydrates and clarifies my skin. Read the full review here : My Beauty Diary Apple Polyphenol Mask.
Etude House "I Need You!" Rice Mask
Contains rice extract that brightens up dull and rough skin. And it does give an instant brightening effect on my skin. Read the full review here : Etude House Rice Mask.
Bio Essence Birds Nest Nutri Collagen & Whitening Mask
It contains birds nest essence, collagen proteins, mineral, and trace minerals which nourish the skin for a softer, smoother, and more radiant complexion. I love this mask! Doesn't drip and it felt comfortable and soothing on my skin. Read the full review of this mask here : Bio Essence Birds Nest Sheet Mask.
Etude House "I Need you!" Korean Strawberry Mask
Contains Korean Strawberry ingredient that brightens up dull skin for a radiant glow, this mask is moisturizing and calm my skin down, and I think it's a perfect mask to slather on after a hot day under the sun. Read the full review here : Etude House Korean Strawberry Mask.
Etude House "I Need You!" Pearl Mask
It promises bright complexion, and although it's not life changing but it does give a slight tint of brightness afterwards. Read the full review here : Etude House Pearl Mask.

Maybelline HyperGlossy Liquid Liner
I'm not really a fan of liquid liner because it usually takes a longer time to use and you have to be very careful not to mess it up, but I found this one lurking in my drawer one day and decide to just use and finish up before it goes bad. I love how black it is and it can deliver bold thick line if you're patient enough to use it, but I hate the flimsy tiny little brush. It makes it even harder to use with that flimsy brush. And the formula dried up pretty fast too.
> Not Recommended & Will Not Repurchase
> Replacement : I don't use liquid eyeliner at the moment
EoS Lip Balm Sphere in Summer Fruit
I love the summer fruit one because it has a subtle hint of fruity sweetness to it, and I love the color of the sphere too. This is actually my second Eos "summer fruit" balm and I like 'em the most out of all the Eos lip spheres I have in my collection.
> Recommended
> Replacement : Still has a couple of Eos lip balm spheres in my stock drawer :)
Loreal Base Magique Transforming Smoothing Primer (Sample Size)
This is what I use in my travel makeup pouch. It's basically a makeup primer and I love it! It gives super smooth flawless skin, and it keeps your makeup stays on longer too. It doesn't interfere with my skincare / moisturizer and it evens out skin imperfections and smoothes out pores too, making it a perfect canvas to put on makeup.
> Recommended & Will Def Repurchase
> Replacement : Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer (sample size)

Bath & Body Works Winter Candy Apple Deep Cleansing Hand Soap
As usual, I finished up two of my hand soaps : the one in the bathroom and the one on the kitchen sink. This one is from the bathroom sink. I love the scent of it because it smells very festive and fresh. This one is a "deep cleansing" hand soap so it has that gel formula instead of liquid one. It also doesn't foam but it does cleanse your hands very well, moisturize it, and gave it a good smell too :)
> Recommended
> Replacement : Bath & Body Works Honolulu Sun Gentle Foaming Hand Soap
Bath & Body Works Peach Bellini Gentle Foaming Hand Soap
This one is from the kitchen sink. I love Peach Bellini because it's fresh and fruity with a hint of tartiness in it. I think this is perfect for a kitchen hand soap because it gets rid of those pesky food odor from the kitchen sink. This one is a foaming type so it has a liquid formula and it foams up very nicely (lots of foam!). It also moisturizes very well as most of BBW hand soaps do.
> Recommended & Will Repurchase
> Replacement : Bath & Body Works Lush Bamboo Waterfall (read the review here)
Ikea Sinnlig Strawberry Candle
This was my work desk candle. After trying out a bunch of Ikea candles I would say that their candles don't have a strong scent-throw, so if you're looking for a candle to scent up your room you won't get it with just one Ikea candle, because they're not very strong and have weak sillage. From a few different scents that I've tried I would say that this Strawberry one has the stronger scent throw. Don't get me wrong, this scent is also weak but it is the better one compared to other Ikea candle scents.
> Not Really Recommended
> Replacement : Miniso Rose Scented Candle
Nivea Dry Comfort Roll On Deodorant
Actually this was supposed to be in the bodycare category but I don't know why I list it together with the miscellaneous items 🤔. Anyway this was my previous deodorant and I didn't like it. It has "dry plus" system which suppose to make you "dry" longer but I hate the wet formula and it surely didn't last long on me.
> Not Recommended & Will Not Repurchase
> Replacement : Simple "Soothing" Natural Anti Perspirant
