This is my favorite shade to wear and I think it's a perfect outfit for Autumn/Fall season. As you might have probably noticed by now, I LOVE tonal-dressing. When it comes to dressing up, my signature style formula would be "color-coordinated". And tonal dressing is obviously part of "color-coordinating" right? 

So here is one of my style formula : pick items that are in the same color shade, but avoid the exact same shade so you're not looking too matchy-matchy. EXCEPT if you're wearing these colors :
- All black
- All white
- Creme / nude shade
If you're dressing up in colors above then you can wear the exact same tone for a completely matchy-matchy look ;)

Here I'm wearing three different shades of wine color (brighter wine shade on the turtleneck, deep wine on the long cardi, and multiple shades of wine color on the plaid pants), mixed with deep brown shade of the bag as they are still in the same color tone. 

The sleeveless turtleneck is a recent purchase from Forever New, an Australian fashion brand (actually this is my first ever purchase from Forever New). The plaid pants in autumnal color is also a fave of mine which I found in a garage sale, but alas it is a tiny bit too small for my growing waistline (*sigh..) so I have to part with this pants soon. I might be doing a garage sale in the near future so this pants would be one of the items that I would sell..

I wish I also have a wine colored shoes and bag so I can do a more matchy look.. Well I did spotted a wine colored pumps from Diane Von Furstenberg a while ago in a branded garage sale that I came to, but I was hesitating to buy it because I don't really wear pumps shoes anymore, so I didn't purchased it, though deep down inside I kinda wanted to.
Oh well, you know what they say : Buy Now or Regret Later, right? Well now I am regretting of not buying it .. 😔

Anyway, now we're entering colder season or winter season for my friends in the western hemishphere, and though I'm a little bit sad of leaving autumnal colors behind but I'm also excited for colder season ahead because then I get to wear my sweaters even more often!
