Because we usually are busy during the weekends so my actual "rest n relax" day is Monday instead of Sunday. Monday is where I could stay on my bed all day, browsing for some knowledge on the internet, or watching youtube and netflix all day. So Monday is usually when I can wear whichever perfume I want without having to worry meeting someone that may or may not like my scent. It is also an ideal day to test out new perfumes. Anyway, today I decided to wear Gucci Bamboo again for the 2nd time, to further test it again before I can make a proper review (UPDATE: I have reviewed it here!)

Just got back from retrieving my packages. My order of Marc Jacobs Decadence mini bottle is here, yayy! Been intrigued with this perfume ever since I first saw the picture because the purse-like bottle is just really cute!! But I dont want to blind-buy it just for the sake of the bottle, so I decided to try the mini version first. So if I dont like it I would still have a cute little mini version of the bottle in my vanity ;)

Anyway, I'm re-testing one of my Jo Malone again today because I want to decide which Jo Malone perfume I should buy in full size bottle (this one is a decant from the original - and Wood Sage & Sea Salt is one of my favorite JM fragrance). I would love to have this in full size but I'm still not sure yet because this one has poor sillage on me, and it also only stayed close to the skin although it lasted about 5-6 hrs 😒 I want my perfume to have good projection as well as long lasting feature. I have found several ones that has moderate longevity on me but too bad they don't project very well.. So I'm still on a journey to find the right one ;)

Today is payday, yayy! Time to browse my perfume wishlist and decide which ones to add to my collection (LOL). Don’t worry, most of my wishlist are decants or vials because I want to try as much perfumes as possible without breaking the bank. Trying on vials / decants is also an alternative way to try on perfumes before committing to buy the full size.

Anyway we went to the movies tonight to see Black Panther (I know, we’re late!). It was a good movie, We love it 😀 Then we also went to Japanese Yakitori restaurant for dinner. I love yakitori and we ordered spicy chicken, salmon balls, shitake yakitori, etc... Yummm! I also ordered a drink of iced passionfruit mixed with yakult which was also yumm!

Anyway, I’m wearing Gucci Guilty Intense again today because I’m still trying it out. Although I think this can be worn all day but it is probably more fun to wear on a night out or for evenings (although I actually don’t separate my perfumes like that, I mostly just wear whatever I want whenever I want hehe). Anyway, my 1st impression of Gucci Guilty Intense last week wasn’t so exhilirating because I find it a little bit sharp and generic (see my last Fragrance Diary here), but maybe that was because I tried it on an empty stomach so the scent is sharper to my nose. But today on my second try-out I think it IS a nice scent afterall. I changed my mind and I think this is a nice modern floral citrusy fragrance that I would happily wear any day. One thing to note: although this is the Intense version of Gucci Guilty it still doesn't have any projection on me whatsoever though 😐

All day typing, photographing, editing, and back to typing again today. Trying to finish all my weekly tasks before the weekend hits.

Anyway today I decide to try out one of hubby’s Creed perfume because Creed fragrances are kinda unisex. I tried the Himalaya today because it smells fresh like alpines and snowy mountain. It still does have hints of mens cologne a little bit, but I think women can still wear this if they’re feeling confident, or sporty 😉

Creed was one of the first niche perfumes that I've tried. We have sampled a few Creed perfumes already, and hubby’s favorite Creed is Aventus (which I would also love to try next because it has pineapple notes in it - but hubby won't let me because it's his prized possession, LOL).

Been digging my wardrobe today to find a pleats pants that I want to pass on to someone but couldn’t find it. I have this pile in my wardrobe room that consists of clothes and things that I dont use anymore but still looks good. This pile would either go to my garage sale or gets passed down to my family and relatives. I also need to sort this pile out because I have plans to pass some of them to someone else or make an online garage sale and sell them.

Anyway I needed some kind of “sharp & invigorating” scent to keep motivates me in doing chores and all that tasks today. So again, I revisited my Jo Malone vials and decants today, still trying to decide which one I would want in full size. I picked up Blackberry & Bay from the pile because it’s also one of my most fave JM scent aside of Woodsage & Seasalt. Although a favourite of mine but this one also has rather low sillage and projection on me, with a moderate longevity. But I do really enjoy the scent though! (See my Jo Malone reviews here).

We planned to go to workout class this morning but failed miserably, LOL. We woke up late because we stayed up way past midnight yesterday evening for a movie marathon : Victoria & Abdul (nice one), and also The Mummy (which was bleh). 

At noon we went to visit my parents in law. They just went back from Japan and we tried some Japanese snacks that they brought for us. I wore my newest perfume purchase, the Marc Jacobs Decadence which I just got a couple days ago. This is the first time I’m trying it out and I fell in love from the first sniff off the bottle!

The bottle looks cute and shaped like a purse! I bought the miniature size but it has the same green purse shape as the full size one, the only difference is the full size bottle has a tassel and a snake-print cap. I LOVE this one. I am definitely putting this perfume in my “full size perfume wish list” ! :)

SOTE : The Body Shop White Musk Body Lotion

We spent the night at my in laws house and I had a bottle of TBS body lotion & shower gel set that I keep on our vanity there, so I put on TBS White Musk body lotion before sleep as my evening scent. 

PS: TBS White Musk used to be my signature scent so I still have a few TBS white musk lying around here and there.

Today’s plan is to go to the car’s service garage in the morning for a due maintenance, and then went to my mom’s house afterwards and play with the kitties!

I originally wanted to wear the Marc Jacobs Decadence again (because I love it so much!) but then I thought it’d be “too fancy” to wear to the car service garage. Luckily I went to retrieved my packages yesterday before coming to my in law’s house, and one of the package consists a vial of Creed's "Love in White" which actually is my 2nd purchase of the same fragrance. I bought this as a stock because I still have a full vial of the same fragrance, and I decided to get one more to stock up because I love the beautiful scent and it's kinda hard to find Creed vials here in my country because its a niche. 

Anyway, so I wore this Creed’s perfume instead of Marc Jacobs Decadence today because it has softer scent, and although it’s also not really suitable for a whole morning at the car garage but it’s a better choice than the more sensual MJ, me thinks .. 😉
