Continuing my last post about my Karimun Jawa island trip I would like to talk about this product that's kinda my saviour for that trip. It has been very useful for me during that trip, and while there I managed to interest my girl cousins too about this one, they all love using it too ;)
This is N'Pure CICA Beat The Sun Powder. I had the chance to use this fully on our last island trip. It was the perfect sunny weather to try this out under the bright sun of the sea.
This N’Pure Cica Beat The Sun Powder is a hybrid sunscreen powder that combines both physical AND chemical sunscreen. This is not a regular sunscreen though, this is meant to be used as “touch-up” ONLY. So you need to use another sunscreen as your main one, and then apply this on top for extra protection AND ALSO during the day you can re-apply this one as touch-up to your sunscreen.
This sun powder also contains Natural Centella Asiatica Leaf Water which helps to calm your skin. Other ingredients include Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Oil, and Vitamin E.
After using this product during my sunny island vacation I really appreciate how practical it is. I never forget to put on my sunscreen before leaving out the door but I almost always forget to touch up my sunscreen afterwards. So having this product making me remember to touch up because whenever I open my bag I would see this and then would automatically remember to reapply my sunscreen :)

So far I’m liking this product because of its practicality, and also because it would not ruin my makeup when I do “sunscreen touch ups” during the day. The powder form also helps get rid of my oiliness so it helps my makeup stays matte all day (great for oily skin or combi skin!). It’s also easy to carry around with you in your bag because of the size.
When I use this I feel like I’m not adding anything to my face because the powder is transparant / without color, but it does absorbs excess oil on my skin, as well as giving it extra layer of protection from the sun. And because of the transparant color so any body can wear this too without having too worry that it would add the wrong shade to their skin. It is simply a "touch-up" product, but with benefits inside :)
And so far I am liking it :)
